Lay Peng


Lay Peng or “Peng” (just think of Milo Peng 😊) in short, seeded her passion for yoga back in 2012 when she attended classes out of curiosity and immediately realized her affinity towards yoga. Upon connecting with a yoga teacher during a retreat in Chiang Mai, she decided to join the YTT 200hrs in Bali in 2014.

It was a life-changing point for her, transforming her overall outlook in life. Yoga becomes not just an exercise but also a philosophy and lifestyle that she adopted in life – finding indescribable balance, peace, and a deep-found joy within.

Not satisfied with just doing freelance teaching, she took the leap of faith and embarked on full-time teaching in early 2022, and along the way furthered her interest with Yin Yoga and Pre and Post Natal Yoga courses as well.

Her genuine and approachable personality is what draws students to attend her classes repeatedly. With a goal to help more people build a strong, flexible body while overcoming physical aches or pains, she believes that yoga will elevate the mental well-being of an individual as well, becoming more open-minded and happier.
