Lina discovered yoga many years back when she decided to follow a friend for a yoga lesson out of curiosity and it soon became her weekly respite from her corporate job. In 2012, after leaving her corporate life and returning to Singapore, she chanced upon OhmSantih Yoga when she was looking for a studio to continue her yoga practice.
In 2013, a friend convinced her to take up the 200 Hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) to learn more in-depth about yoga. The TTC exposed her to the holistic nature of yoga but she was initially sceptical. However, she was convinced as she began to personally benefit from meditation and also managed to heal her past sports injuries. This has inspired her continued effort to improve both as a yoga practitioner and a yoga teacher. Through her classes, Lina strives to help her students achieve the many benefits of yoga and bring about a positive change in their physical and mental outlook of life.
