Ashtanga Yoga Course

Ashtanga Yoga is based on a series of therapeutic and progressive yoga postures which are performed sequentially. The synchronization of these poses with one’s breath, internal locks and gazing points will eventually lead to a healthier and more vibrant mind and body. This course aims to teach you how to do a self-practice safely without the risk of injuries.

Prenatal Yoga Course

Our Prenatal Yoga course is designed to help you get through your pregnancy with minimal discomfort, and at the same time prepare you for a smooth natural delivery. To ensure each student gets personalised attention, we have a maximum of 5 students per class.

Our Kids Yoga course is designed to provide kids with a fun way to develop their physical, physiological and psychological skills in a nurturing and non-competitive environment. It is suitable for children age 3 to 13 years old.

We help mummies get rid of excess fats accumulated during the pregnancy and get back into shape! We also focus on promoting relaxation and rebalancing of their mental state through breath awareness and breathing exercises.
