Sales of Courses and Class Packages

• All sales are non-refundable.
• All packages are non-shareable.

Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings and cancellations can be made on OhmSantih Yoga website, app or by contacting the school.
• You can cancel your class booking without any charges or loss of classes from your class/course package up until 4 hours before class commencement time
• If you do not cancel class before this time, or simply not show up for the class, a class will be deducted from your active class/course package or single class purchase.

Package Validity

• The validity period of a package/course will start from the date of the first class and not the purchase date.
• Expired credits of packages/courses can be carried forward when you buy a new package/course within 3 months ​from the date of expiry.
• Unused Prenatal Yoga classes can be converted into Postnatal Yoga credits and have to be activated within a year post-partum, otherwise the credits will expire.
• Packages can be extended only once for medical reasons or travel. Documentary proof will be required.

Package Transfer

• We will grant a one-time transfer at no additional cost per Package. 
• Transfers can only be done before the expiration date of the package and the validity of the transferred package will remain as it is.
• A package can only be transferred in full to one person.
• If the package is bought at a discount which the transferee is not entitled to, he/she will have to top up the difference.

General Disclaimer

• OhmSantih Yoga provides lockers to store your personal belongings when class is in session. Regardless of care taken to avoid loss, OhmSantih Yoga is not liable or responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property within our premises
• By signing up for and/or attending classes, course, workshops, and other programs and using the premises, facilities, you hereby acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in practicing yoga at OhmSantih Yoga. OhmSantih Yoga and our team will not be liable for any damages, injuries or other medical problems should you choose to participate.
• OhmSantih Yoga may photograph or video classes or programs occurring at our premises and then place these photographs on its websites and relevant social media.
