PeyChii is someone who may seem quiet and introverted at first, but when it comes to yoga, her passion really shines through. She never hesitates to share her knowledge and experience. She started her yoga journey at 18, and over the years, she has truly fallen in love with the practice and its spiritual aspects.
She’s trained in various yoga styles like Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, which allows her to bring a unique blend of techniques into her classes. She’s all about creating a friendly and welcoming space where everyone, no matter their background, ability, or experience, can explore their limits, practice mindfulness, and find peace. For her, yoga is for everyone – not just the flexible or the experienced!
In her teaching, she emphasizes pranayama, alignment, and self-awareness, always encouraging students to let their breath guide their movements. She believes this connection to the breath helps students discover their own path within the practice.
Outside of teaching, PeyChii keeps expanding her knowledge through reading and workshops, always looking for new inspiration to bring to her classes. She also enjoys bouldering, hiking, and running, which not only keeps her grounded but also adds depth to her yoga teaching.
